[RECOMMENDED] If you plan to follow the course exactly, the following software is required. We cover how to install this software on both Mac and Windows in Python for Data Science Automation (DS4B 101-P).

• VSCode
• Conda

We will not cover installation in this course. It's assumed that you have properly installed and set up the software.

You are free to use any IDE to complete the course. Just recognize that we will be using VSCode as the IDE for the course.

We will require a Conda Environment to be created. We assume that you know how to do this since it is covered in the DS4B 101-P Course. We will discuss which Python packages and versions are needed to recreate the course environment in a subsequent lesson.
