I'm happy to say that there is no prerequisite knowledge needed in R Programming, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
A basic understanding of statistical analysis will help. This includes understanding of:
- Measures of central tendency (mean, median, mode)
- Measures of spread (standard deviation)
- Understanding of Histograms (frequency distributions)
- Measure of relationship between the data for 2 features / variables (correlation)
